
Prior to establishing PathwayHCA, Dr. Lifter was Executive Vice President in charge of the national Talent Solutions Consulting practice of Aon Consulting. Previously, he was a principal consultant and practice leader at HRStrategies, Inc (acquired by Aon Consulting), was a regional partner-in-charge of Organizational and human capital Consulting at Ernst and Young, and a health care human resources executive. He holds both M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University in Detroit, and a Bachelor's degree rom the University of Michigan.
Mark is a past-President of the Michigan Association of Industrial-Organizational Psychology and the Southeast Michigan Health Care Human Resource Management Association. He is a member of the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association, the Society for Human Resources Management and the Human Resource Planning Society. He frequently speaks before professional and industry groups on a wide range of human resource and talent optimization issues
