Edward M. Holinski
Ed Holinski helps organizations improve performance and accelerate growth by developing and coaching leaders to successfully implement strategies. He has over 20 years experience in organizational development and business development leadership. His work over the last eight years included major transformational work with sales organizations and other business units. Mr. Holinski consults in the areas of strategic plan implementation, team coaching, leadership development, executive team development, and change management. He has worked with executives at all organizational levels, including chief executives, across large and small organizations.
Ed has extensive experience in the financial and professional services sectors. Before working with Pathway Human Capital Advisers, Mr. Holinski was a Managing Director at Marsh, part of Marsh McLennan Companies. He was responsible globally for developing the sales and service parts of the organization. He led a team of four consultants who contributed to over $100 million in revenue enhancement by creatively using learning and development to support key initiatives. His most effective work has been at organizational inflection points, such as start-ups, turn-arounds and transformations.
Previously, Ed led the development of an e-learning business, turned around a middle-market insurance company, and led the post-merger integration and growth of a global practice. Ed’s experience in sales, sales leadership, business development, business leadership and organizational development provide a unique perspective on using human capital and learning to drive improved business results.
Mr. Holinski holds a BS in Business Administration. He completed a number of executive education programs at the University of Michigan, focusing on strategy implementation and change management.
He previously was a member of the adjunct faculty at Lawrence Institute of Technology.
